Access via an internal door on the south side of the west door, and a well worn and uneven spiral staircase.
On practice nights entry is via the door in the North aisle which is locked at around 20:10. The tower window above the west door is checked regularly for late arrivals.

What little street parking there is by the Cathedral, is all time restricted. There are several pay & display car parks nearby.

There are several pubs to satisfy all tastes - The New Plough by the Railway Station is probably the best within the Cathedral vicinity.
